In-stock pieces

In-stock jewellery may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging with all documentation.

Refunds are processed once the piece has been received and inspected.

Bespoke commissions, made-to-order pieces, resized items and engraved items are final sale, as they are produced to your individual specification.

This is confirmed with you in writing before production begins.

Loose diamonds are supplied with their independent grading report. Return terms are agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
