Every piece leaves us fully insured, discreetly packaged and tracked door to door, in Australia and internationally.
Dispatch
In-stock pieces are dispatched once payment is settled and the delivery address is confirmed with you directly.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are dispatched on completion; we confirm the production timeframe in writing before work begins.
Insurance and tracking
Shipments are sent with signature on delivery and are insured for their full value while in transit.
You receive tracking details on dispatch and we remain available on WhatsApp throughout.
International delivery
We serve clients worldwide. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are quoted or explained before dispatch wherever possible.
